End of week 1 success :D

I set for myself a goal...to lose one pound a week. Well today is my weigh in day and I lost exactly one pound! This is huge for me!

Why? Lol, because....I have one of those digital scales that counts lbs and ounces, every time I'd get it no matter if I over ate, under ate, worked out hard, was a bum... It would always say 150.0 lbs!!! Not an ounce above, not an ounce below!

I use to over eat all the time, was a huge problem I had for years. I was a binge eater! If you look at my blogs from years ago you will read how depressed I was about it and how helpless I felt.

When I realized I was gluten intolerant and started eating right I stopped over eating naturally. I didn't like being in pain, and I was always in horrible pain after bingeing.

But eating large amounts of food made my metabolism extremely high. I blasted the weight off! But now since I don't eat as much my metabolism is low or stabilized. So I'm having to work out harder and be really strict on my eating, but I feel great inside and I have so much more confidence! It's not that hard, but it is challenging.

Next Saturday my goal is to be 148 lbs, so we will see if my body cooperates lol :D

    Good thing that you found out your are your gluten intolerant and pay attention to your metabolism! That can be challenging, but the rewards are worth the try!
