I have finally lost the five pounds that wouldn't budge for like a month. Every time I would weigh in the scale always said 275. It drove me absolutely insane. I tried everything to get it to move and finally I am at 270. Now I have the fear that I will go back to 275. So I am trying real hard to eat healthy and really focus on my nutrition. I did my home work and now I am thinking about my food weaknesses and how I can over come them. So food weakness 1. Potato chips 2. Cookies 3. Pizza. I have a hard time staying away from these foods. I would definitely say that in the last month I have eaten more chips than any of the other two. So I am going to set a goal a small one to eat no chips this week starting tomorrow. I am also setting a weight loss goal of two pounds this week. Good luck to every one this week.
