well, here it is. My baby is now 11 mo old. My deadline is to get back to where I was before he turns one. Well, my weight is back.. I just am now working on the inches. Insanity is definitely helping. Zumba is now too easy for me again. I will continue it for fun, but for now I am sticking with Insanity. I have 4 weeks until I see my family, so that is my motivation to kick it up a notch! yesterday I got a well deserved massage at the spa. I have not done that in years! I think that will be one of my indulgences and rewards for myself instead of buying a treat or food. Today I made brownies for the family. I was so tempted and ate one, or two, but then I did a mini workout- 30 min and was not tempted to eat any more. A good thing. What will work this next few weeks, is that I watch my diet. I am so good on the exercise part. Doing it. The part I am weak at is how much I eat. Or sweets, that is my weakness for sure. so my goal for this week is to write down what I eat. and schedule in my workouts. wish me luck! the end is near!

    Sounds like you're on the right track! Keep it up!!

    I just started tracking my food too. Yesterday, I was so shocked at how many calories I consumed! Needless to say, I'm watching everything that goes into my mouth today!

    Good idea to write down what you eat! Yes, the end is near. Yet being in SparkPeople is for us to learn good eating and exercising habits for the rest of our lives!
