Pulled Thru a Challenging Food Day

I took the kids to Fiesta Texas and I was a little worried about how to eat healthy today but it all worked out. I ate my regular oatmeal with fruit for breakfast, a not quite so healthy lunch at the park and had my fruit and veggie shake when we came home. Plus, I did some swimming and some more walking after we got home.
I also sat down and looked at all of the restaurants at Fiesta Texas and discovered that one actually has a semi healthy meal. It's a grilled chicken salad, so I'll check it out next time. I think the kids and I will sit down and plan what we are going to eat next time before we go into the park.
All in all, it was a fairly healthy day. Tomorrow, I'll get in more exercise and continue to concentrate on at least 5 servings of fruits and veggies.
