I need to post my 12 week goals for my new challenge for the summer
1) Be an activie participant on this team
2) Lose 12-20 #
3)Exercise 5 times a week -vary activity between jogging, walking, zumba and strength training
4) Drink 4 glasses water daily -this is huge for me!!
yea for day one
