6/5/2013 Challenge for Thursday

I had an extremely busy day. Walked over 8,500 steps today.

Tomorrows challenge is to plan every meal and snack before tomorrow. I have already started. I took out a chicken breast for dinner. I will have it with a veggie and a red potato. Breakfast will be a banana, soy milk and a diet soda. Morning snack with be a Special K bar. Lunch will be a turkey sandwich with mustard on Dave's Killer organic 21 grain bread. So far that is as far as I have gotten. My afternoon snack...I haven't decided, but I will before bedtime. If I have enough calories left I might have a small snack in the evening. It really depends how late I eat dinner. Of course I will have either almond milk or light chocolate soy milk-probably 1 cup of each for the day. I will also include some fruit probably a applesauce cup and diced peach cup. I have apples, but they are getting old and don't look good.

Saturday I will get a Bountiful Basket and share with my Massage Therapist. She is a dear lady. She has adopted our family. She massages Paula, Nadeen, Jimmy and me. She is a Christian and prays before every massage to give God the glory for her skill. It is comforting to hear her say, "God I lift up my hands to you. I do the work and you get all the glory!! Amen!"

So after this busy day I am going to get off the computer and talk to a friend. I need to put some ice on my back.
