I love this song. It is one of my favorites and really inspires me to dig deeper. Last night was full of temptations but I planned ahead and was within my calorie, fat and carb limits. I also ended up with indigestion and an upset stomache last night. My body did not like me eating junk after weeks of healthy eating. I guess I need to tatoo that on my hand Bad Food = Sick.

This morning I got up and stepped on the scale. I've worked so hard and had really wanted a loss but was up 2 ounces. Today is not my official weigh-in but I had not checked since last Sunday and needed some encouragement. I got a little discouraged and gave into temptation. I ate two donuts for breakfast. When my husband got up and asked why I ate donuts instead of the yogurt I had planned, I started whining. He then pointed out that muscle weighs more than fat but in the long run will burn calories faster. It makes sense that I had a slight gain because I am building muscle. That perked me up and I did 40 minutes of Insanity and then walk/jogged a 20 minute mile on the treadmill. I logged my breakfast to stay accountable and will log everything else as well. I may go over calories today, but will get back on track tomorrow.

I won't back down. I have my goals and I will reach them. For the first time in over a year, I feel in control and ready to conquer the world.
