BLC 22 goals

Goal #1....lose at least 12 lbs.
Goal #2....become more flexible...I have noticed myself getting really stiff lately, so will be adding more yoga to my week!
Goal #3...Consistently stay consistent!
Goal #4...Watch my carbs (per my Dr.) something I've not really done much of before.
Goal #5...Get back into some of the summer clothes I have gotten too big for over the past year...
Looking forward to my best round ever!
