6/10/2013 Today's challenge...

Today's challenge on Spark Coach is to prepare your lunch for tomorrow before morning. Pack it tonight, so you don't go eat fast food.

I am not currently working so I will plan what I will have to eat and make sure I am home to eat it. I tend to stop at Subway or Pita Pit if I am out and about, but at least they are healthier than other places I could stop and eat.

I am a little less stressed today. It sure was a long weekend! I hope to continue to get good sleep and nap when I need to nap. I also want to do some exercise in my apartment today. A walking dvd and maybe resistance bands, too.

Well, I better get going so I accomplish something today. The weekend was a wash as far as tracking food and getting exercise. I am changing that today!

    I also like Pita Pit and the 'fork style' is a winner in my book. You can have a variety of healthy items all prepared and put together. :)
    Hope today went better for nutrition and exercise than the weekend was. One small step at a time.
