Is seeing the RESULTS the only benefits to working out???

Monday, June 24, 2013

I've been working out really hard and watching everything I put into my mouth and not "SEEING" the results I was hoping to see, but........

I feel much stronger and my endurance is better. I walk taller, I feel more confident in myself. People tell me they can tell that my shape is changing, so I'll take their word for it emoticon .

I am not going to be negative about it, because it's a process. Some people seem to lose quickly - good for them emoticon , some don't. I am hoping that because it is taking longer, I will see the value in ALL the effort that is going into making this change. emoticon . And I will not forget the hard work it took to get me where I need to be, because I don't want to have to repeat it.

Be strong and stay encouraged.

Jeremiah 29:11
For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

This is my future!

Well said!! You know you see yourself in the mirror everyday, so you might not see what your friends and family are seeing. You are strong, you are consistent!! That in itself is MAjOR. Congrats!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon

Yes, yes, yes and yes again.

I agree because exercising is so vital to feeling healthy and strong and energetic. A person has to expend energy in order to be energetic.

    Energy creates energy.

The great healthy and strong and energetic feeling I have is so awesome and I don't every want to give it up to laziness...no not ever...for I am strong and invincible in Jesus and healthy and healed and whole by His super natural healing and health plan that He has laid out for me to follow by the leading of Holy Spirit.

Stay strong by acting and being strong because with Jesus we can do all things no matter what.

    Keep on truckin'....LOL
