Couch to 5k W5 D3

The run is this Saturday! And am picking up the packets on Friday :D
As you may know, there have been many obstacles for me to get to this point, illness, injury, scheduling....And so much to celebrate! Remember I had never gotten past week3 before because of always getting sick? Well, as of now I start the workouts for week 6 in the morning. I know it is not the plan, but I am going to do two a days until race day. I feel so good after a workout now that I am sure that if I get on the treadmill early enough in the day, then I can do it again before bed. My body seems to now be responding well to working out and am looking forward to my first 5k with my sweetheart at my side :)
