Couch to 5k W6 D2 Complete

So, only two days till first 5k, with only 70% of my Couch to 5k program completed... held back due to illness early on, though am going anyway! Have one 5k scheduled for each month through October... progress maybe slow though the journey of a thousand miles begins with one step, and is done one step at a time. I know that I maybe be walking part of the way, but I will still be lapping the old me that would have been staying at home! This run is a celebration for me, my birthday was a few months ago, though this is my sweet husband's gift to me. When he asked me what I wanted for my birthday, I told him to do the color run with me, and he said yes! So we are celebrating also that I have made it this far in the 5k program, because of my gluten allergy and thyroid issues I used to get sick by week 3 of any work out program, and here I am, healthy at week 6, tomorrow will be week 7 :) that is something to be happy about! The tide is turning towards a healthier life! 3 years + gluten free and almost 3 weeks caffeine free!!!
