I'm not sure if I've hit a plateau or if I'm building more muscle right now, but the scale refuses to tip from 170. I started Insanity on Tuesday, so it wouldn't surprise me either way. Going to do a body cleanse this week and try to add in some more light cardio to my workout program and see if the scale moves. Also going to take a ten day break from my V3 and test my body.
Since my last blog I've lost 8 more pounds and am almost halfway to my first weight goal.
