down to 200 pounds for the final time

Over the past 3 weeks my weigh has went up and down. I am going to go under 200 now that I am at 200. No more being above. It is all down hill for now on. I have been doing strength training at the Y and am building up muscle which is nice. I have been drinking propel water. I like it a lot but it does have calories in it. It also have vitamins.
