June Review

Another month gone! I cant believe it's July already! A new month means new goals....I've gone over my June goals....
Strength training---kept up with it for half the month...boo to me!!
Walk/run 100miles-- did 108.21!! Woot woot!
Run 2-3miles straight--- got up to 2 miles. Man I hate running!
As a whole I think I did okay for June. I'm happy with all the miles I did although a little bummed that I only lost 5lbs but not getting discouraged. I did have a lot of cheat days in June because I had so many parties and stuff....unfortunately the same is for July.
July goals
Run 5k
Continue with strength training
Don't pig out at parties/picnics
Here's to a new month!!! :)
