Sugar Less....not sugar free

Been finding out some amazing things about the effects of sugar on the body and have started cutting back. Was worried about how hard it was going to be, though no need to. I think giving up gluten really trained me up, let me know how good it felt to get healthful. Giving up caffeine was an extra boost, after suffering through those withdrawals, I felt ready to face the next step of letting off of sugar. Am not saying I'm going sugar free, because I know how it is hidden everywhere, so not going to torture myself with trying to avoid it completely. Besides, from what I have read and researched if sugar is paired with fiber it is not so poorly to the body. It is all the liquid sugar that is one of the main issues. Sugar and no fiber is a bad mix.

Simply am cutting back on sugar until after 5pm this week, next week will make it later etc until I have put it out of the day. Also, big point is that am eating fruit and drinking water instead of soda all day. Is helping so much. Have lost 3 pounds.
