I Don't Do Sick Well

Wednesday, July 17, 2013

Oh brother, okay have to figure this out now, I thought I was ok, but went for labs just in case and I still have either a bladder, kidney or uti still. This is after 7 days of the heavy duty cipro I took last week.
What is going to have to happen for this infection to be gone anyway?

Tomorrow I will have to get more antibiotics from the doctor, and take them twice a day.
I don't do sick very well, which is weird since I get to have so much practice.

I did go swim and water aerobics today, and I had to make sure my ears did not get wet, which is quite the trick. All I had was cotton in the one ear and it did not get wet for the 90 minutes I was splashing about, running, jogging and more in the pool.
It was good to get back in the pool, my muscles were singing a happy song. I still have the ear infection and the drops are working but slowly.

Maybe I should make a dr. appt for in the morning and get this stuff taken care of in person.
Think I will try to get an appointment now.

In the meantime I am on day 87 of Paleo and I have lost 20 pounds so far. I feel good about that and have another 100 to lose. At least.

Okay that is all I have for today, I am going to try to get well, I am tired of being sick.
