Jog On.

At the beginning of this month I set myself a challenge, to walk on the treadmill & incorporate a jog starting at 30 seconds (bearing in mind I've never jogged before, even avoided it at school) and never jogging less than I did the last time increase it to 5 minutes by the end of the month. I achieved a 5 minute jog on day 15 so increased my aim to 7 minutes. Well today, day 22 I did 7 minutes.
I wasn't going to increase my aim, just see how long I could go for but I've changed my mind & increased it to 10 minutes.
emoticon I've just looked at the calender & realised there is only 9 days left this month, bearing in mind I always have weekend off from exercise, that means I've got 7 days to do it in!
