Let's see how this goes.

I am stuck in the 310s and that so much better than being stuck in the 350s. I think it's on account of not tracking my food so I am going to track with Spark people. There's so much to love here. Some times I just cannot think about my goals. But not I can so here I am. I remember that the rule around here is relentless positivity within reason so I plan to go for it.

I am going through a hell of a time with Access to health care and I hope this is temporary but the only safe conclusion is to get well. And for me that mean get lighter. So I have friends who will drag me out walking and I think that will help. I have to manage my budget at the same time so that I can meet my goals, long term. I'm having trouble managing my love life. It's just not working right now so I am working on loving myself especially.

I am my Mother's representative on earth (father's too as he is gone also) In the situation I am in I would look to my parents for assistance. I would... So I have to now think of what they would do to help me and do that... Yes that's what I have to do. Mom would tell me to ligthen up and watch a movie so i will make sure I do that today...

Love you all and thanks for hanging out to see if I ever came back...

emoticon emoticon Happy SIXTH Sparkversary. So happy to see you still working on yourself as I know how long you have been here. I'm glad you are down in the 310# as without all the years of SPARK's you could be WAY higher. I'm not at my goal after nearly six years, but I've never been back to the 214# that I was the day I joined in '07.
Keep going. Stay away from carbs; sugar, flour, and too much salt. Use sea salt. I read the "Diabetes Solution" by Richard Bernstein M.D. and learned so much. He has lectures on youtube. He says ALL obese people have Insulin Resistance and can benefit from taking METFORMIN. He also says to do weight training and build as much muscle as possible, as that helps with lowing blood sugar and makes weight loss easier. He has Type 1 diabetes and has had it since he was 12 and he is a HEALTHY 78 now.
