Yep! I really should get back to my Spark Page! Life is just so busy and its sometimes difficult to pop on and keep track of everything. I’m going to try to get back into the swing of it though! I must say, I haven’t fallen off. I am working out regularly. I think possibly more than I was when I was last on Spark because I was recovering from some surgeries of last year. I’m better now and very active. I have a grandson to keep young for. Overall, life is good and I’m doing well. I have two gym memberships. LA Fitness for all of their class selections, but overly crowded. I go because I enjoy Yoga now. Planet Fitness because it’s cheap, nearby and not half as crowded. My mood dictates where I go to work out. I work out every other day. I can run 15 – 20 minutes straight now and that is how I begin my workouts to get my good sweat going! I must say I’m on track to a better me.
