I encourage you today to Track your Food and Fitness...

Pushing forward and striving to move your bodies at least 20 minutes today or more, strive to strength train at least 3 times a week, cardio daily and don't forget those stretches, get enough calories in your diet, eat between 6 and 8 or more veggies and fruit and hydrate your body with drinking up to 8 glasses of water or more....
