Today was another good day! Ate very well and stuck with lots of veggies fruit and chicken. Very good! I feel like I can do this! Although, I feel like I'm making the same food over and over but mixing the veggies I use. Are there really good healthy sauces out there? You know, low in fat and carbs and sugar. I know I can be successful at this but I don't want to get bored with the same foods. I'll have to do more research on recipes but I don't always have a lot of time to cook. I'm determined to do it right!
