Navigating the food entries on a night shift schedule

Is there anyone out there that can give a little advice on how to navigate food entries when you're not on a regular day schedule? I don't get up at 7am, eat 3 meals and 3 snacks during the day and go to bed by 9 or 10pm. My day is chopped up, I sleep from 9am to 4pm (if I don't have court or training to attend), them I'm up from 4pm til 9am. The nutrition logs restart at 12midnight and it seems I can't keep my meal tracking straight so recently I've just stopped all together because it gets frustrating trying to beat the clock at work to fit in the right amounts.
