I just can't get over how much I like the dark chocolate coffee chobani yogurt in my shake. Had that one again for breakfast. When I got home last night from work and friends stopped by so I didn't get my shake last night. In fact I didn't have dinner because I'm trying to stick to my rule of closing the kitchen at 7. Needless to say I was ready to eat the kitchen sink this morning. I made a chocolate shake with frozen strawberries and instant pudding cheesecake flavor, plain yogurt. Definitely needed more strawberries. I'll pick up more today when I'm shopping with dd. I was still hungry so I made a large scrabbled egg and whole grain toast. Weather beautiful, hoping to get in a walk before dinner tonight, but friends want us to go on a motorcycle ride, which always leads to stopping at a sports bar with greasy apps. It will be a challenge that I think I'm ready for this week. Enjoy your Friday! emoticon

    You are doing awesome! I'm going to have to try these shakes sometime, I've always been curious (I just do a green monster type smoothie) I think I just get nervous with picking a protein powder - they're expensive and so many different types! :) But I love how many different flavors people play around with and how filling they are, etc, so I'm intrigued... :)
