baby steps adding up

I know that little changes will make the difference but sometimes making the "right" choice is soooo difficult. The family did a bike ride, the first 1/2 mile was killing my legs and it was only a very slight incline. The next full mile was mostly slight decline, then it was back to incline. Everyone else was fine with it, I was panting and sore and sweaty and just wanted to give up. I made it two miles and was done, knowing I'd have to do two miles back to our car. I seem to disappoint the family and that just killed me. Totally took the wind out of my sails. I just wanted to cry but I biked back to the car and off we went. Wanted to go to Rita's. Decided that I should log all my food for the day first. oh, I'm already over. I really wanted a sweet treat but not if I'm ever going to make any of my goals a reality. I'm having a hard time staying positive and on track but I know I need to. Tomorrow is another day. I've got no time for excuses and I've got to get my shhhhhhhh...... stuff together!
