BLC 22 reflection and Goals during break

My goals for BLC 22 were to track daily have at least a 500+ CICO deficit. And to have a 5-10# loss.
What did i do right? I tracked and hit and posted my CICO most of the time; participated well during the first 8 weeks. Even though my weight didn't drop like many on our team, I was overall doing OK
What did i do wrong? I blew it the last three weeks between vacation/no internet/and being overwhelmed back at work. Three weeks is 25% of the round so it's no small deal!
My goal for the month long break is to get back to my lowest weight during BLC 22 which was 141.8# so that I can start BLC23 in a better place than BLC22.
How will I do that?
Stay as involved as I was before my vacation - track, track and track and post regularly; aim for that CICO deficit.
One action step to get there - i am going to find myself an accountability buddy - someone from my outlaw team who is willing to push me/encourage/yell/email me! Any takers?
