My Body Hurts...but It Feels oh so Good!

So I've been on a hiatus of sorts with the gym. They say that once you get into a routine of working out, you continue to do it. It's true, I did. I went at least 3 days a week. Two for my Body Pump class and then on Saturday mornings for Boot Camp. However, it's also really easy to fall out of the routine.
A month ago, my hubby got a new job. This means that he doesn't get home in time to go to the Body Pump class with me. The week after he started, I had a major head cold/allergies that knocked me on my ass, so I didn't go to class. Then the following Saturday we were out of town so we didn't make it to Boot Camp. The next week came and since he couldn't go, I ended up making an excuse not to go as well. I did this for a month.
I made myself go yesterday. And I have to say that after almost a month of not going, the class seriously kicked my ass. But I loved it. The trainer that does the class pushes us to our limit and then somehow gets more out of us. I hate her during the class, but afterward, I love her!
I'm sore as hell today, but it feels good to be at it again!
I still have day 10 of my Ab/Butt challenge to do tonight. The squats and sit-ups are going to hurt tonight, but it'll be worth it in the end.
And there is class again tomorrow!
