week one break goals

My goals this week (exercise goals are all at least 1 hr or more):
1) hike at least 3 days this week
2) bike at least 1 day
3) ST gym classes at least 2 this week
4) track and stay in range at least 5 days
5) average for the days I track at least a 500 deficit CICO
