New Month.... New Goals!

How I plan on meeting my goal of 7 pounds for September. I weighed in at 231 this morning!

Track & Weigh Daily
Other Fitness bi-weekly
Zumba & Blog weekly
Stay in Range 5 days, 1 day lower than range, 1 day higher than range.


REWARDS: (still tweaking these)
230 - Mani/Pedi ALONE day
225 - New Dress/Outfit
220 - DATE NIGHT with HUBBY!
215 - Massage
210 - martini night with Mom
205 - New bras!
200 - Hair Color & Cut
195 - Freecycle all big clothes, and inventory clothing needs in smaller sizes
190 - Shopping spree for new clothes with Mom
185 - Check on passport status and flight rates
180 - Buy new bathing suits - Freecycle ALL big clothes (again)
175 - VACATION

    I go to the Fitness Plaza across from Weis on 100 in Fogelsville. I hopefully will be teaching somewhere soon, or not in the too distant future.

    10/2916 I will be speaking at the Community Health Fair at LV Hospital Cedar Crest Kasych Pavilion 8:30 - 12 noon.

    Spark People will have a table too! Lehigh Valley Sparkers and friends will staff it, We will also do a Zumba Demonstration.
