Sept ST - boy am I a weakling!

I started my STrength training calendar yesterday but I didn't completely fill it out with my targets because I wasn't sure where my starting point was. I have these areas to work on this month.
Wall Sit- never really did this because I was alway Leary of my knees giving out. I did 20 seconds. And they were a shakey 20 seconds.
Modified push ups. I did 15 of these during my test. I'll start there.
Crunches. Had to do those in reverse- pulling up my legs instead of my chest and with a pillow, some lower back pain that I am working through. Starting point 7.
Plank. A BIG FAT -0-. I could not get my bum off the ground to save my life. It actually made me laugh. Glad I didn't have an audience. Got to work on that every day.
Overhead pulls with elastic band - trying to work on those bat wings. Staring with 30 and going to invest is some that have a bit more resistance so this number may change or I may use them both just different number of reps.
I will continue to get my walks in 2.6 miles average, trying to reduce my per mile pace. Weather will be cooling off soon, I'm hoping to still get the walks in outside but the cooler weather seems to lock up my knees before I can work up a sweat.
I hope all of you have started sept with your goals in mind. Even just 1 change will make a huge difference a year from now! Peace Sparkers...
