I finally met with a new trainer this morning...we did a fit test so she could determine where I was but the main thing(and probably the best) was that she put me on a meal plan and told me when to eat as well as what to eat...I will be eating 6 times a day....
So I'm off to the grocery store so I can be ready....she also wants me to do 6 days of exercise...weights followed by cardio...so this means that I have to totally buckle down and get a gym schedule in place....
