I say ahhhh..because I finally lost something. I've lost 2.8 lbs. over the course of 2.5 weeks. I've started walking at the Y or at work at lunchtime. I am thinking about getting the dog involved. Then J will want to walk with us and I know she'll goof around and slow me down. Oh well. We'll do it anyway. Once I tell her what I'm doing, she'll get the hang of it. Especially when I'm half a block away from her!
