Sept 9-14 Progress

My weight is 165.8 Sunday morning. That's not quite one lb lost this week. The scale's moving slowly, but that's okay. I've done well this week with my diet and exercise. I have to wear a belt with the 'walk of shame' jeans so I know I'm losing inches.
I finished week 4 of Turbo Jam/Brazil Butt Lift. The cardio is getting easier. My favorite right now is Cardio Party Mix 2 and I tend to change out others with it on cardio days.
I'm not sure how next week is gonna go yet because that TOM is coming soon. Regardless I will still do my 10k steps everyday even if I have to pause my BeachBody schedule until the cramps go away.
