I have been struggling with weight for almost the past month off and on. I did manage to get under 200. I am now at 199. Great job for me. I did it.
I hope this week is a change for me. I have been doing good with calories. I have also been lifting weights. So why I am not doing as good as I fill I should be doing? It is something I need to find out. Am I building to much muscle and not burning enough calories? I have to admit that I have not been tracking every thing I have been eating. Today is a new day. I have to track what I am eating and see how I am doing. If I am eating more then I should then I am lucky that I am loosing something and not gaining.
