It's been 3 weeks since I've "BEEN BACK " :)
I've been working on tracking and staying within calorie range during the week and I'm not tracking but making much better choices on the weekends.
My ST has improved and I will keep this up for the next 99 days til New Year's (hard to believe)
Wall Sit -- started at 20 seconds ---- Up to 32 seconds
Modified push ups - started @ 15 - up to 25 (a little tough on my knees)
Crunches - Did 7 at the start - up to 25 - Huge improvement
Plank - had a big -0- and I modified it with a little help with the web and I'm at 15 seconds (I'll take it!)
Overhead pulls is from 30 up to 50.
I've walked the bike path the last 2 weeks at least 3 times which is 2.6 miles each time. Pace is still at 24/min/mile and may be couple minutes better if the weather is not so hot but the average is 24 minutes/mile.
I weighed in on Friday and over 2-1/2 weeks I've lost 4 lbs. I'm not updating my tracker until I have lost all the weight I have gained. Looking forward to doing that before the Christmas holiday. I have my eye on a new dress for the New Year's Eve party we are attending. I've not been one to do any shopping for ME - so this will be a first - I'm pretty excited about it!
