No, not the kind you get from your sweetheart! I'm talking cookies (oatmeal raisin and Nestle Chocolate Chip Mini's to be exact), and candy and ice cream. I have been struggling with these things these past couple of weeks and it shows. I have gained 3.5 lbs. I can't blame it all on sugar though, I slacked off my water intake and my knees have caused me to slow down on my cardio. Picked back up on my water intake the past 2 days and worked out yesterday (1st time in 5 or 6 days). I'm getting back on track and just want some encouragement. Oh, and yes I eat a lot of fruit for my sweet tooth issues so no need to jump on me about that! Happy journey to all on your health quest.
