Angie, I have been where you've been and have been where you're at. Take it one day at a time and one step at a time. Set those small goals for yourself. I noticed that you didn't say anything about breakfast, only lunch and supper. Be sure to eat something for breakfast - - that is what will get your metabolism revved up and started. I have to eat something every two hours throughout the day and evening.
When your good neighbor brings something over for you to eat, serve yourself up just part of it, add a salad and/or fruit to it and put the rest of it in the refrigerator for another meal or even a snack. Do this BEFORE you start to eat so you won't be so tempted to get a second helping.
