My body likes the 180's!

My body likes being in the 180's for some reason but I'm so ready to venture into the 170's! I've been in the 180's for way too long! Granted I moved into my first home and went on vacation but I'm still maintaining my working out and know I could clean up nutrition a bit.
I'm dangling at 180 lbs and so so ready to call 170's home for a short time until the next move.
I'm going to get there! My goal for the week is to be 179 lbs or less. Here is my plan of attack:-)
Sunday-3.75 mile run-DONE
Tuesday-60 min Tae Kwon Do-DONE
Wednesday-2 mile run
Thursday-60 min Tae Kwon Do
Friday-2 mile run/arm exercises
