BL 23 fit test

as this was different from the last round they were timed and i used a stop watch,Ive always been taught quality is better than quantity

Crunches 40 (60 sec)

- Squats 37 (60 sec)

- Push ups 20 (knee)

- Plank (count in seconds) 51

- Wall Sit (count in seconds)40

- Exercise of your choice - add any strength exercises that you want to track balance 60 sec

12 week goal is to lose 5 lbs and tone up legs ,pick up time on my running

as i wasn't sure if i was a walker or runner i ran 1.87mile in 25.35min average pace 13.43 (good for me hoping to improve)
