OMG! I haven't been around since MARCH!

Shame on me!! I couldn't believe how many emails I have to read thru! I thank you all and it is now to get busy on emails reading and responding.

I have had a long spring and summer and Pray that my problems will go away. I have had problems with my mortgage and still working on it! Please pray for me!

I have had a memory loss for several years and it is now getting hard to talk to someone on phone or car or walking. I go into a room to get something and when I get there I have no idea what I am doing in this room? I go back to the other room and start all over.
Well thanks for reading this. I think there are pills to help so I am going to call the Dr. and see what she knows. Thanks for listening. See you soon!!!

(Yes! I still walk my dogs twice a day!!)

Welcome back! You might be deficient in B-12 vitamin and other stuff. So have the doctor check what your body is missing.

I told my VA Dr. that my legs were hurting and he asked if I was taking my B-12 (which at that time was 1 tablet). Told him Psycharitist said my levels were fine and so I had stopped taking it. He had my bloodwork checked and found I was deficient again. Now I take 2 tablets of B-12 (1000 MCG) everyday and Omega 3 Fish Oil softgels (1000MG) which I take 3x a day. B-12 also helps with memory!

So hugs and prayers for you!!!
