New month-New goals! and Pics!

October is here!!! This is my favorite month of the year--who doesn't love fall?? Colors changing, pumpkin picking, hayrides, Halloween, firepits, and delicious pumpkin flavored foods!! Love love love!!! A new month also means setting new goals and reviewing the previous months.
Sept Goals were:
---30 day shred or other JM dvds-3x a week ---FAILED--I'm really struggling w/ this!! haha It's just so nice out that I much rather be outside walking/running then doing a dvd so maybe I"ll have better luck in Nov-March when it's freezing out! haha
---1500 fitness minutes ---Did that and more!
---NO bingeing at parties/vacation--FAILED! In Sept I had 2 birthday parties, 2 weekend vacations, a wedding/rehearsal dinner, and 2 day trips....I did well at the 2 birthday parties w/ no binging but that's about it.
---Cut down on diet soda ---Did great on this!! I was up to drinking 2 - 20oz diet sodas a day and now I'm having maybe 1 or none!
---Reach goal weight ---2lbs shy! Well when I first started this I wanted to be 168lbs...right now I'm 170 but I'm setting a new goal weight of 158lbs...so technically another 12lbs haha!
All in all sept was a crazy, fun, and food filled month---but now that's over and time to move on and be better in October. I have alot of things planned for this month too but nothing that I'm too worried about binge wise so that's good. Over the weekend I had my best friends wedding and it was gorgeous! I felt really good in my bridesmaids dress and when we were taking photos the photographer was like "ok do whatever you want" and my groomsmen grabbed me and picked me up!!! At first I started panicking!! B/c deep down I still feel like that nearly 300lb girl and he was like "I can do it!" and FINALLY I let him but i was stiff and terrified...who knows what that picture will look like! hahaha But I feel good knowing that he didnt hesitate to pick me which means he sees me as smaller. I'll post a few pictures of my dress :)
---1500 fitness minutes
---Lose 5lbs (or more)
---Hopefully get into size 8 jeans!! (I'm sooo close!!)
---Be better calorie wise on the weekends
