BLC23 Starting Fitness Tests

Here are my starting fitness numbers for the BLC23 round

1 mile: 14m56s
plank: 30s
wall sit: 30s
burpees: 10
full situps:19
squats: 30
pushups: 20
(the last four were done for 60 seconds)

these were done after a hard workout with my trainer, so may be on the low side.

And below is my flexibility test:
