'm going to get there! My goal for the week is to be 179 lbs or less. Here is my plan of attack:-)

Sunday-3.75 mile run-DONE
Tuesday-60 min Tae Kwon Do-DONE
Wednesday-Walked 3 miles-DONE
Thursday-60 min Tae Kwon Do
Friday-2 mile run/arm exercises
