My relationship with food.

Spark Coach wants to know about my relationship with food. Right now I would have to say about a 3 on a scale where 1 is not so healthy and 10 is healthy.
My reasoning is that I am not eating in moderation and my food choices are not the best...just the most convenient!!
I need to pre-package my favorites. Reduce buying treats. And cook more often for myself. I can make a meal and freeze it instead of heating up something frozen. It will be more nutritious and I will have more than one meal each time I cook. Hince...the food to put in the freezer for a later date.
