Maybe we can TRY again....

Alright...so I am back where I started from plus some. I weigh 194 lbs. Yes you read that right. Too much for my small frame. I was doing so good when I TRIED Sparkpeople before. I was TRYING working out with weights, I was TRYING to track my food, I was TRYING to exercise daily....and I think that was the problem. I was TRYING instead of DOING. I make no long term promises to myself. I will take it one day at a time. I will not be hard on myself. I realize the only person that I am hurting is me. No one else. In the long run, if I don't get in better shape, I will be hurting a lot of people. I have all of these work out videos...i laugh when I look at my collection. Today, I will do Slim in 6. Its very low impact and I think it will be a great place to start, to get me back on the wagon so to speak. I will figure out what I will do next after I feel I am in better shape. Which would you do next? I am missing a couple from the picture because I used to take some to my office thinking I would do them there...lol....not. One was a Donna Richardson CD and the other was some sort of dance workout. I want to gift myself Shaun T's T25, but I want to work through all that I have first...I think its doable...??? :)
