Starting fresh

Wednesday, October 09, 2013

Its been awhile since I have posted on here. I apologize for that. I am back now. No excuses :) I am on day 4 of my juicing and have lost a couple of pounds. I have had to add one meal to the juicing because of the way my body is but i can say I am losing a pound a day with it! I have also been walking at least a 1/2 hour to 2 hours a day. Today I have even added weight exercises for my arms.

I hope you all are keeping at it :)

I have seen that show too and have considered trying a juice fast. Good luck! I will be interested in knowing how it works for you. And thanks for adding me as a friend! :)

i have watched Fat,sick and nearly dead (on netflix). Its a highly recommended movie. These two guys juiced and drank water for 60days and did a little bit of exercise and they were both monitored by doctors and were fine. I am listening to my body...which is why I added solid food as well as the juicing and am still exercising. I sleep better and have so much more energy. I honestly feel a ton better.

It's good to have you back!!! Be sure that the juicing is healthy and if you are then emoticon on the weight loss. Don't do it for longer than a week though I'm not sure rapid weight loss at sustained lengths is good for you, you may be losing muscle mass instead of fat. emoticon and emoticon with your walking. emoticon emoticon

Welcome back! I'm glad you are on track, though losing weight so quickly concerns me. I'm not a doctor and I can't tell you what to do with your body, but as long as you are being good to yourself (not ignoring pain or illness, having a positive attitude/not shaming yourself) then I won't worry. Our bodies are so complicated!
