Today was day 4 of exercising in the morning...I have not taken a before picture and I don't know if I have lost anything, and right now I don't want to know. I want this exercising to become a habit for me. I am doing Slim in 6, and its not exciting, lol, but its not about excitement. I needed something that was very low impact so that I can just get started. Slim in 6 is good, I like the Start it Up, though I have looked ahead to the others and the time is doubled! Start it Up is 24 minutes, and the others are 40 minutes and over. I am going to keep going, and using this platform to hold myself accountable. Alrighty...peace out!
