Weekend Started Early.

Monday, October 14, 2013

I stepped on the emoticon today. Am I emoticon to see a 1.25lb? No, I do exceptionally well week days then hubby came home Thursday evening and told me he didn't have to work on Friday. Great news, but weekends almost always starts with an evening in the pub with friends so off we go on a Thursday evening. Because I wasn't expecting this I hadn't eaten since lunch which was a light tuna salad. As the night went on I knew I should have food, I chose chicken, a healthy choice you might think, but not when it comes in a creamy sauce.

Friday night we decided to stay home a rare thing for a Friday night. emoticon for dinner is healthy. . . . but not when served with emoticon & 3 glasses of emoticon

We usually go to the quiz night on Sunday evening but our quiz partners said they weren't going so we decided to meet friends on Saturday instead. Had a late lunch so wasn't hungry when we went, as the night went on it looked like it was gonna be a late one (or should I say early morning emoticon ) so even though I said I didn't want anything hubby ordered burger & chips and I ate it emoticon

Late Sunday afternoon quiz friends phoned to say they were going after all, so back to the pub we went after going McDonalds because I didn't have time to cook. emoticon

Hubby & I made an agreement on Saturday that starting on Monday we won't have any emoticon or emoticon for two weeks. This would be so easy as quiz friends only come every other week so we were going to miss a week too. As they left last night they said see you next week emoticon so much for good intentions. I'm gonna do my best to stick to our agreement, not sure about hubby though.

so. . . . .
