Yea!!!! I finally dropped into the 170's. I just jumped on the scale Saturday morning after breakfast which I never do and to my surprise, I was in the 170's! So so happy!!!! I started just eating the best I could for how busy I was and got exercise in and took my focus off the scale and it happened!!!
I also feel confident about my Tae Kwon Do testing on Friday that I am moving up to Orange Belt!!!
