Rough day yesterday.

Went to the dollar store yesterday. I think I was around way too many people as I had to hurry to get home. I started getting really anxious in the car driving home.

Then I had a rough evening and chose to go to bed earlier than normal. I went to bed with earphones on listening to Pandora One Radio. I turned it to a Ocean waves channel. It was soothing.

Slept 10 hours so must have need it. I didn't go to church today as I just wasn't up for it today. Still feeling a little panicky.

My refrigerator is going out. It won't keep anything cold like it needs to be. Will be glad when tomorrow gets here and the maintenance man is here to look at it and get me a new one from a different apartment. Wish they had a brand new one. I couldn't be that lucky!

Going to do some Wii Bowling. I need to move a little. Have a great evening!
